Full night harvest in crates and keeping the harvest cool, full vinification in 100% new barrels, 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration, maceration period: 30 days, direct run-off by gravity, in new French oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation is carried out followed by aging on lees for 18 months.

The nose reveals notes of plum, black cherry, and blackberry. On the palate, this wine is pure and concentrated, full-bodied, and deep, and ends on a long and intense final note. Ideal to accompany with tender beef slices and porcini mushrooms.
