This 2018 vintage represents a huge leap in quality in the VivaltuS project due to the optimal harvest conditions and the precise work of Jean Claude and his son Jeff Berrouet in the final assembly. Extraordinary nose, with black fruits and balsamic and spicy touches, very complex, mysterious and attractive, with an explosion of aromas that open little by little as the minutes pass in the glass. In the mouth we find a very elegant, silky, smooth and highly complex wine, having achieved in 2018 a greater Atlantic component than in other warmer vintages, with magnificent acidity and freshness. This whole set gives us a feeling of balance and freshness and a lot of elegance, with a very long and hedonistic finish. In short, a great world‑class wine.
