I was born & raised in Texas but always meant to be a California girl.
I’m a Certified Sommelier and have been working in wine for 9 years. I’ve done everything from marketing to sales to tastings & hospitality, but wine education is my calling.
My first career was in advertising as a copywriter for clients like Chipotle and PetSmart.
My husband (Thomas) & I met in high school. He’s a primary care doc at Kaiser and will check out that thing on your back if you’re nice to him.
My mini Aussie, Leyla, is the other love of my life.
The first wine I remember enjoying was Barefoot Moscato in college, but the bottle that made me truly fall in love with wine was a 2013 Inglenook Rubicon Cabernet Sauvignon.
I know how to do calligraphy, have been skydiving twice, am terrified of sloths, and hate bananas.
